Stop using AI. Start operating with it.

You have used ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc., but what has actually changed about your work? Be honest. You ask it things. It answers. You copy the answer. Next week you ask it the same thing again. That is a conversation. It is not a system. And it is why most people are two years into AI with nothing to show for it. This is not a knowledge gap. It is a deployment gap—and it is the only thing this program is about.

By the end of four weeks you will own three things that keep working after the course ends:

1. An AI assistant that knows your documents. Loaded with your real policies, templates, and reference files. Ask it a question only those documents can answer, and it answers—and shows you which

line it came from.

2. A reporting engine. Rough notes in, finished report out. In your format, in your organization's language, in seconds instead of hours. Build it once, and use it every month.

3. One automation that runs without you. On a schedule or on a trigger. It works whether or not you remember to open the tab—and you will know exactly what to do the morning it breaks.

What's included:

- Four weeks of recorded video lessons, released week by week

- A live class every weekend — live with me, not a recording

- One-to-one office hours: book a 15-minute slot when you are stuck

- A fillable PDF workbook for every week

- Assignments, projects, and a capstone on your own real work

- Certificate on completion

- Access to every recording for 360 days after you start

What you will actually learn—in plain terms:

How to map your own week and find the tasks worth automating—and the ones you should delete instead
What these tools are really doing underneath, and why they get things confidently wrong
The difference between generative AI, agents, and automation—and how to tell which one a job needs
How to write instructions that hold up, instead of prompts that work once
How to feed an AI your own documents so it stops giving generic answers
How to turn a pile of meeting notes into decisions, actions, and named owners
How to interrogate a forty-page document instead of skim-reading it
How to check numbers you did not calculate yourself
How to trace every claim back to its source—and why an untraceable number is wrong until proven otherwise
How to build something that runs on a schedule, with nobody pressing anything
What to do when an automation breaks at six in the morning
How to describe a small tool in plain English and build it—no coding
What must never be uploaded into a public AI tool, and where the law requires a human being to make the decision

That last one matters more than most people realize. Most AI advice being sold in Nigeria right now would walk you straight into a data protection problem. Staff records pasted into a public chatbot. Automated decisions about real people with nobody in the loop. The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 has something to say about all of it. This program teaches the version that works and the version that is lawful, because at work those have to be the same thing. I hold an ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification in AI Management Systems, and that lesson exists because I would rather you were slower and safe than fast and exposed.

How it runs

Four weeks. Recorded lessons and fillable workbooks during the week, done on your own time. One live class at the weekend where we build together and your questions get answered. Plus 20-minute one-to-one office hours with me when you are stuck. About four to six hours a week. Bring one real repeat task from your job—that becomes your material.

Who this is for

Professionals in HR, operations, finance, admin, marketing, product, or sales. Business owners. Consultants. Anyone whose week contains documents, reports, or tasks that repeat.

Who this is not for

Anyone looking for a certificate without doing the work. Anyone who wants to become a machine learning engineer—this is deployment, not model building. And anyone who cannot make time for the assignments, because the capstone is not optional.

Why cohort 1, and why now?

Three things are true about this cohort and will not be true about the next one.

The price. ₦38,000 is the cohort 1 price. It goes up for cohort 2. I am not going to pretend otherwise or dress it up as a flash sale—this is simply what a first cohort costs, and you are getting it because you moved early.

The room is small. The live sessions stay small enough that you get seen and your specific problem gets addressed. That is only possible with a limited number of seats, and it is the difference between a course and a broadcast.

The date is fixed. We start Saturday, 10 October. There is no rolling enrollment and no second intake this year. Miss it, and the next opportunity is a higher price, later, with a bigger room.

What you leave with

Four weeks from now you either have an assistant, a reporting engine, and one automation running on your own work—or you have spent another four weeks doing all of it by hand, the same way, for the same number of hours. That is genuinely the whole choice. Cohort 1 starts Saturday, 10 October. Seats are limited.
